Traveling During Pregnancy

It is recommended that you have a prenatal checkup before you leave.

The best time to travel is between 14-28 weeks. Travel by air domestically is typically allowed until 36 weeks. International flights might have an earlier cut-off so check with your airline. Travel is not recommended for certain pregnancy complications so ask your provider before traveling if it is safe to go.

Move often often during the flight! Get up and walk the isle if possible.
