Someone from our Goodyear OB/GYN office is available 24 hrs a day. If it is an emergency we can be reached after the office is closed. Simply dial the office number and an after hours receptionist will take a message regarding your emergency. The provider on call receives the message and will call back as soon as they are able. Most calls are returned within 2 hours

We are affiliated with Banner Estrella Medical Center. This hospital is located on 9201 W. Thomas Road in Phoenix, Arizona

Our  providers rotate taking call coverage. One of our three providers will be at your delivery. In the event of a midwifery delivery necessitating a cesarean, a backup physician is always readily available as needed for emergencies. We encourage meeting all of our Goodyear OB/GYN providers so you can be familiar with each one of us!

There are several ways to schedule an appointment with Omnia Women’s health center:

  1. You can simply call our office during business hours using this number 623-263-0105.
  2. You can schedule an appointment through the website by clicking on the icon on the home screen labeled “schedule an appointment.”
  3. You may also schedule an appointment through your patient portal.

~Please give 24 hours notice if you are unable to make it to your appointment. The provider schedules fill quickly, so to make it fair for all patients seeking care and to maximize our ability to provide exceptional care, a $25 no show fee will be enforced if proper notice isn’t given in advance. 

  • If you are canceling an appointment greater than 24 hrs in advance of your visit, you may do so through the patient portal or by phone.
  • If you are canceling a same-day appointment then it is recommended that you call our office.
  • Please give 24 hours notice if you are unable to make it to your appointment. New patients please bring in your insurance card, photo ID and new patient intake form (you can fill this out in the office as well).

If you are hearing impaired or require translator services it is also recommended that you bring a translator with you.

Omnia women’s health center will continue to follow the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and require that providers wear face masks. If the patient and visitors are up to date with all recommended COVID-19 vaccine doses they can choose not to wear a mask. The safest practice is for both patient and provider to wear a mask regardless of vaccination status.

You can pay your bill easily online through your patient portal bill pay service or you can pay with a card over the phone. You can also drop by the office during business hours and pay in person.

We accept all major credit cards except Mastercard and Discover

We currently use an offsite billing company. We have a dedicated billing manager that can assist you with all of your billing questions. Please call our office and we will direct you to the billing manager

If you have questions regarding a lab bill….these are billed separately through your covered lab service. You will need to call them for any lab billing questions.

Our goal is to be able to offer care to the entire community! We are working tirelessly to complete contracts with most commercial and state insurance plans. Please call our office for a complete list of covered plans.

We also accept uninsured patients. Please call our office ahead of your scheduled visit for a cost estimate.

We are currently open for patient appointments from the hours of 9 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

You can send us a secure message through the patient portal.  Alternatively, you can call our Goodyear OB/GYN office during business hours and the medical assistant will take a message to relay to the provider.  She will reply as soon as she is able, which is typically by the end of the same day or the next day.  Please allow up to 24-48 hrs for a reply. If it is after hours, simply call the office number and the after hours service will take a message for the provider on call. That provider will return your call as soon as she is able. Please keep in mind, the provider may be at a delivery or in surgery. If you are experiencing an emergency, please report to the emergency department instead of waiting for a call back.
